Beef Bulgogi and Glass Noodles

In need of an easy, yet elegant and delicious dinner? We got you!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound of Yori Meats Beef Bulgogi
  2. 4 oz of glass noodles (any noodles/noodle substitute should work)

Steps:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently place the glass noodles into the pot. Boil until ready (around 5 minutes depending on the product).
  2. Strain the noodles and set aside.
  3. Heat a medium-sized pan on medium heat.
  4. Place the contents of the Yori Meats Beef Bulgogi in the pan and stir for 2-4 minutes, ensuring that the meat is thoroughly heated.
  5. Throw in the strained noodles and mix everything!
  6. Enjoy!
