SMS Subscriptions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Yori Meats, you consent to receive marketing and promotional messages via SMS. You can unsubscribe from these messages at any time by following the instructions included in the messages you receive. We may use a third-party mobile marketing platform to deliver these messages. You agree to review the terms and conditions of use for such service.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yori Meats regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written.

Severability

 

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver by Yori Meats of any breach of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
